Are Human-made diamond, Synthetic or Real?
Yes. Human-made diamonds are real. They are made of 100% carbon and have the exact same chemical properties as mined diamonds. Human made diamonds are grown by creating the conditions in which natural diamonds growing under the earth: carbon, heat and pressure. Lab created diamonds are impossible to differentiate from natural diamonds with the naked eye.
How Do You Grow a Human-made Diamond?
Growing quality diamonds is a process that required decades of research, trial and error. Today, the two most used methods are High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT), and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD).
HPHT uses enormous pressure cookers, where graphite is added to small diamond seeds, heated to 1500°C and pressurized to almost 70,000 times the pressure at sea level. The graphite is melted into liquid carbon and cooled into a diamond crystal.
CVD uses vacuum plasma reactors, where hydrocarbon gas is added to this diamond plates. High power microwaves break up the molecules of the gas, and the carbon atoms deposit onto the diamond plates, vertically growing the diamond atom by atom. CVD diamonds undergo an additional step: they are subjected to extreme pressure to ‘compress’ the diamond, improving its quality, color and light performance.
Are Lab Diamonds Graded by Third Party Organizations?
Yes. In Isabel Pierre, all Human-made diamonds above 0.50ct are graded and certified by gemological laboratories such as GIA or IGI.
Can I Get a Human-made Diamond Appraised and Insured?
Yes. Human-made diamonds are easily appraised and insured, just like mined diamonds. All Isabel Pierre’s jewelry will be given with a certification of authenticity and a jewelry appraisal (also known as a jewelry valuation). The certification is included all the detailed information about your jewel and purchase. In addition, it includes your jewelry appraiser that gives a value that the item should be insured for. We recommend that you store the certification safely as it is the only way to use your guarantee.

Is it possible to purchase jewelry on the Isabel Pierre website?
All Isabel Pierre’s products are available to purchase on our website internationally.
The “Add to bag” option can be found in the description of products available to purchase online. You can then view, modify or delete items in your order by clicking on the basket icon found at the top right of every page of our website.
A confirmation will be sent via email as soon as we receive payment of your order.

Does VAT apply to purchases made on the Isabel Pierre website?
The Belgian VAT of 21% will be added to the price while placing an order.
Does Isabel Pierre jewelry come with a warranty?
At Isabel Pierre there is a two years guarantee for all manufacturing defects, except in the cases listed below: In any case of defect, Isabel Pierre’s professional team will make an examination of the item and will decide whether the damage caused during manufacturing process.
The guarantee does not includes natural wear and tear of jewellery, damage caused by improper use and care, accident and/or malicious damage. In addition, the guarantee does not covers products that have been repaired of any kind other than by Isabel Pierre.
There is no guarantee for loss or theft.

Is it possible to engrave Isabel Pierre’s jewelries?
Isabel Pierre offers you the opportunity to personalize your purchased jewelry with engraving characters of your choice. When you place an order on the website, you will have the option of adding the engraving service.
Warning: personalized jewelry is non-returnable.
I purchased jewelry on the website. How will my gift be packaged?
All Isabel Pierre jewelry is presented in its case with an outer box wrapped in a ribbon. With Isabel Pierre you can send a loving gift card together with your order. While finalizing your purchase, make sure you enter the message you like to include for your order. Our team then will printed your message on a beautiful gift card and place it with your ordered item package.
How do I take care of my diamond jewelry?
Jewels are precious and delicate, therefore must be taking care with the most precautions of use. Your diamond jewelry must be cleaned regularly. We recommend cleaning it using small soft brush, and warm water with some liquid of soup.
Isabel Pierre is proud to give a free annual service of checking and cleaning your purchased jewelry by our professional team.
General Tips:
- Remove your jewelry before any kind of exercise, sleep, washing hands or applying any kind of lotion.
- Any impact can damage your jewelry. Moreover, any contact with other jewelry can scratch it. In case any doubt its best to avoid wearing your jewel and contact Isabel Pierre’s customer service.
- When your jewel isn’t being worn, it should be kept in its original packing or in soft pouch to prevent any damage or friction.
I have a problem with my jewelry (broken chain, loose diamond, etc.). What should I do?
