All Isabel Pierre’s jewellery will be given with a certification of authenticity and a jewellery appraisal (also known as a jewellery valuation). The certification is included all the detailed information about your jewel and purchase. In addition, it includes your jewellery appraiser that gives a value that the item should be insured for. We recommend that you store the certification safely as it is the only way to use your guarantee.

At Isabel Pierre there is a two years guarantee for all manufacturing defects, except in the cases listed below:
In any case of defect, Isabel Pierre’s professional team will make an examination of the item and will decide whether the damage caused during manufacturing process.

The guarantee does not includes natural wear and tear of jewellery, damage caused by improper use and care, accident and/or malicious damage. In addition, the guarantee does not covers products that have been repaired of any kind other than by Isabel Pierre.

There is no guarantee for loss or theft.
